Fred Sebastian was born (in 1964) and bred in Ottawa. A graduate of Algonquin College's Commercial Art/Graphic Design program, his work appears in The Legion, The Ottawa Citizen, The Vancouver Sun, The Toronto Star and Law Times. In 1994, he won a Studio magazine merit award for illustration. | |
