Since 1965 Dusan Petricic's cartoons have been published in almost all of the well-known Yugoslav papers and magazines, as well as several international journals, including The New York Times and the Yomiuri Shimbun. He has won numerous awards including the Grand Prize at the 6th International Competition for Caricature of the Yomiuri Shimbun, the Silver Medal at the International Competition for caricature of the Huriyet in Turkey and the Golden Pen for the cartoon book Luda Kuca (Crazy House) in Holland. Now living in Canada, Petricic is also involved in illustration, animation, publicity and set design, and has taught at the Belgrade Academy of Applied Arts. | |
