W.A. (Bill) Hogan was born in Montreal, but spent most of his life in Chatham, New Brunswick. He is presently the editorial cartoonist for the Moncton Times & Transcript, does cartoons for several New Brunswick weeklies and has also traveled across the province doing courtroom drawing for CBC TV. Winner of numerous Atlantic Community Newspaper Association Awards and the 1994 Atlantic Journalism Award for editorial cartooning, he has published two collections of his cartoons. | |
