Nick GARLAND

Nicholas Garland was born in 1935. He created the strip private eye strip "Barry MacKenzie"
with Barry Humphries which ran from 1964 to 1974. He was the first political cartoonist for
the Daily Telegraph starting in 1961 and is working there still. He also has done work for the
Telegraph, Independent and the Spectator. He is a founding trustee of The Cartoon Art Trust.
