Bob Vincke is the founder and President of the Belgium Cartoonists Association, Kever, and cofounder of the European Cartoonists Union. Born in 1942, BOB obtained a teaching certificate and was trained at the Plastic Arts Academy. He has represented Belgium in several international expositions and is included in The 70's: Best Political Cartoons of the Decade. | |
